You will nurture and grow how our product enables emergency managers and wildland firefighters to protect lives, communities, and our forests. Break down large, ambiguous customer pain points into clear priorities, using data, customer discovery, and iterative execution to deliver measurable outcomes. Partner closely with engineering, design, data science, and GTM teams.
This role is pivotal in designing, building, and bringing to market solutions that streamline and optimize medical billing workflows and enable financial sustainability for healthcare providers. You will own the P&L and commercial success of the Elation Billing product and Develop the strategic roadmap for the Elation Billing product.
Own product initiatives end-to-end — from roadmap and discovery to delivery and adoption, with full accountability for impact and work directly with users and customers to uncover pain points. Collaborate deeply across functions to deliver valuable, usable, and feasible product outcomes. Drive cross-functional efforts, including product launches, go-to-market planning, and internal enablement, to ensure successful rollout and adoption.
